Dear Delegates and Faculty Advisors,
I am thrilled to extend a warm invitation to you for the upcoming session of the Franklin D. Roosevelt Model United Nations, scheduled from February 22-25, 2025. This year's edition, to be held in multiple historic locations in Bucharest, promises to continue our tradition of fostering global understanding and cooperation.
FDRMUN is renowned as the most internationally-geared MUN conference in Romania, bringing together students from across the globe to engage in meaningful debates and discussions on critical global issues. This year, we are proud to host part of our conference at a venue steeped in history and political significance, offering an unparalleled experience for all participants.
Nationally recognized for its substantive excellence, FDR distinguishes itself through a consistent and unique emphasis on the pedagogical values of discourse and collaboration. We seek to empower our delegates to become confident public speakers, eloquent writers, collaborative debaters, effective critical thinkers, and globally-minded future leaders. It has been, and continues to be, FDR's mission to help high school students from around the world become more active and informed global citizens.
As a student-led initiative, FDRMUN is a an to the dedication and hard work of our executive committee, striving to deliver a conference of the highest quality. We provide each delegate with constructive feedback, ensuring personal growth and development in their MUN journey.
Registration for FDRMUN opens on July 8th for delegations, with no waitlist. You can find all the necessary details regarding the application process, conference logistics, fee structures, and financial aid options on our official website. The website also contains important dates and deadlines for your reference.
