We reserve the right to use, distribute, and display these works as part of our conference materials, promotional content, or in any other manner that supports the mission and activities of FDRMUN. We are committed to safeguarding these materials against unauthorized deletion, alteration, or tampering. Should any individual engage in such actions, we will take all necessary legal steps to prosecute the offender to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Collection and Use of Precise Location Information for Financial Aid Allocation

To further our commitment to inclusivity and accessibility, FDRMUN utilizes technology to automatically identify potential financial aid needs among our participants. When you interact with specific digital touchpoints, such as applying through our shortlink, we collect precise location information. This data is seamlessly integrated with the World Bank's Subnational Poverty and Inequality Database, allowing us to assess and allocate financial aid more effectively.

This innovative approach ensures that financial assistance is directed where it is most needed, enabling a wider range of students to participate in our enriching MUN experience. The collection and use of precise location information are conducted with the utmost respect for privacy and data protection standards, aiming to expand opportunities without compromising personal privacy.
